Online Project Submission: Develop a user-friendly form where potential clients can submit project details, including project type, scope, budget, and preferred start date.
Depending on the scope and nature of the project, you will be able to upload a few pictures of the project for our system so we can produce new construction & remodeling options and quotes.
STEP 2: PROJECT PRE DESIGN - PRELIMINARY QUOTE
Project PreDesign: Upon receiving project details, your team reviews the information and schedules an in-person or virtual consultation to discuss the project in more detail. This may include options on materials and renders/ visuals of different looks as well as a preliminary quote.
STEP 3: FINANCING PRE-APPROVAL
We make financing easy. After your project quote is complete, we'll guide you through the financing activation process. You'll finalize the paperwork with our financing partner and get a clear understanding of your monthly payments.
When you're ready to explore financing, use our simple online application form. We'll help you get pre-approved for financing, so you can move forward confidently.
Finally SLEEKHAUS will send you a quote document with estimated monthly payments and Financing preapproval.
STEP 4: PROJECT PLANNING / SCHEDULING AND KICK OFF
Once documents are signed, and financing approved, our financial partner will inform us that we're ready to start and we will coordinate with you the next steps for project completion and quality control.
With your project plan in hand, we'll start bringing your vision to life according to your timeline and specifications. You're on your way to your dream home!
